We start by marinating dried sour cherries in Kentucky Bourbon for 3 days. We then drain & bake those boozy cherries with chocolate chips and toasted pecans into our rich Valrhona brownie base. And, because that’s still not enough, we use the newly cherrified bourbon to make a boozy cherry buttercream frosting. Yes, it is as good as it sounds.
